Il Conte Gelo Gelo Jack - Ipa G.

Brewed by Birrificio Il Conte Gelo
Vigevano, Italy
5.7% · Pale Ale - American · 4 Ratings · 40 IBU ·
Amber beer of Anglo-American inspiration. The abundant use of English and American hops give scents of mandarin, grapefruit, tropical fruit and a hint of earth. Gelo Jack (The Jack Frost) in the mouth is dry and drinkable, the right bitter and very easy to drink. Its flavors reminiscent around the perceived complexity of citrus nose with a mouthfeel of freshness and a dry finish that makes you want in a new draft. With all its freshness hoppy and bitter end, Gelo Jack tends to balance the succulence of roast meat, the flavor and aroma of goulash and in general any meat from the rich flavors.
