We use Peruvian organic Coca (sic) Nibs which provide a rich dark chocolate texture. An addition of local roasted coffee adds aroma and balance. Add to this Oats for mouth feel and and English Ale yeast which provides complex berry fruitiness, this beer is chocolate, coffee, rich and silky goodness.
