Belgian ales are renowned for the complex and sometimes unconventional flavours. We’ve incorporated some of them in to this special stout. Raw cocoa nibs in the mash give a deep chocolaty flavour. Orange peel and cloves late in the boil add some Belgian spice to the brew and its fermented with a fruity continental yeast. The result is a robust and warming stout with a certain je ne sais quoi.
