Firestone Walker Brains on the Table

Brewed by Firestone Walker Brewing (Duvel-Moortgat)
Paso Robles, California USA
8.3% Sour/Wild Ale | 2 Ratings | Special Release |
A collaboration blend to procuced to celebrate the 9th Anniversary of the Full Pint. For this unique blend we dug deep into our cellar and found a handful of special barrels. This blended wild ale has malty rich notes of milk chocolate, caramel and rolled dates, and exhibits spicy notes of cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Our inoculum adds an earthy funk, quenching acidity, and complex flavor. The result is a remarkable blend of rustic flavors and textures: barrel derived tannins, woody, nutty (toasted almonds, tobacco and spice.
