Danish: Wail Woad Why? Vores særlige rug-øl er en specialøl inden for specialøl, og har samtidigt fået et navn, der kræver en universitetsuddannelse i engelsk at udtale nogenlunde korrekt. En rug-øl er et gammelt dansk/tysk fænomen, der er vores opfattelse fortjener en renæssance. Troldens Railroad Rye er brygget med en stor mængde rugmalt og en belgisk hvedegær, der giver rugens krydrede karakter en opløftende friskhed, der er helt unik. En delikat tysk humle afrunder smagen med en svag bitterhed. Rugbrød?
Railroad Rye smager ikke af rugbrød, som man måske skulle tro, men den er af mange allerede døbt til at være Den Ultimative Smørrebrødsøl (tm) (R). Den lette, krydrede undertone med hvedeøllets friske charme er svær at modstå.
