This dark ale is most closely associated with Ireland. Roasted Barley provides the dark color and the roasted/chocolate flavors. Torrified Wheat also contributes a toasted character. Three different types of caramel add body and a rich maltiness. Nugget hops are used for bittering while Willamette and Hallertau are added for flavor and aroma. 10º Plato, 18 IBU.
