"An unfiltered American ale that celebrates the coming of the spring season. Light German Pilsen malt fermented with clean American yeast offers a mild flavor profile that lends itself well to the delicate flavors in a beer. Thinking of Spring in Minnesota brought the idea of hazy sun, maple sap running , flowers blooming just to name a few. This herbal beer offers all of the above mentioned components of the season. The malt used gave a yellow/orange hue, non-filtration gave it just a bit of haze. Locally produced maple syrup was used in place of raw sap, and the flower of the caalming chamomille plant offered of subtle flowery aroma and a zesty sweet, spicy flavor finish..."
