Almost 40% of what we eat is pollinated by insects, primarily honey bees. We work with farmers around the region to nurture the health of our agricultural community and maintain the natural beauty of our working landscape. Our Melissa Sparkling Mead is both a product of that special relationship and a celebration of it. The wine in this bottle is unfiltered and has a thin layer of yeast on the bottom of the bottle, left over from the natural carbonation process. Pour slowly to leave the sediment behind. Serve chilled.
