The German Pils is not the same as the Euro pils (that was more full-bodied, less hoppy). We have done the German several times in the past but it has been two or three years since we last did it.
Crisp, refreshing and very drinkable. Cold fermented and aged for a full 6 weeks to give this brew an unparalled traditional flavor.
