Formerly brewed at Odell Brewing Company
This light colored, dry beer was brewed with seven different malts and both noble and aromatic hops. Hybrid was fermented with two strains of yeast, one ale and one lager, at four different temperature rests. This is a truly experimental brew, the hope being that Hybrid would show positive characteristics of the two yeast strains. Look for sulphury notes from the lager and fruity aromas from the ale yeast.
