Formerly brewed at Avery Brewing Company
In September 2006, we diverted about 6 bbl of Old Jubilation wort
into a small tank with Westmalle yeast (same as Reverend and
Salvation) for primary fermentation.
A portion (under 10 gallons) of this was then transferred into a JW Lees Harvest Ale cask. After about 11 months of aging, the result is Oude Jube.
