Danish: Brygget på en blanding af bygmalt og en sjat speltmalt. Fuggles er brugt som bitterhumle mens den historiske Winge2 er brugt som aromagiver, gæren er en S04. Alk. 5,8 vol %. Nydes ved ca. 8 0C, tappet 13. november, 2007. Dette bryg indgår i en serie af i alt 5 bryg, hvor den eneste forskel er, at der til hvert bryg er brugt forskellige Winge-kloner som aromahumle. Idéen hermed er at teste nogle af de forskellige danske humlekloner under så ens betingelser, som er muligt med mit udstyr. I Bryg No. 54B-F er der således anvendt Winge 4, 5, 7 og 9. Det er nemlig ikke givet med den viden vi har pt. at vi kan anbefale en af de pågældende sorter som aromahumle.
