Editor’s note: formerly brewed at Ølfabrikken. <p Danish: Denne lyse overgæret øl er brygget med 4 forskellige malte, tjekkisk aromahumle, tysk bitterhumle og ca. 15% fuldmodne Doyenne de Comice pærer (inklusive kerner og skræl) høstet fra mere end 30 års gamle træer på Lilleø. Gæren er belisk og stammer oprindeligt fra trappistklosteret Chimay. Vores hensigt har været at brygge en øl, som bliver en særlig glæde at nyde til forårets og sommerens måltider, men som samtidig har all round kvaliteter.
