Formerly brewed at Wild Goose Brewery (Frederick Brewing Company/Flying Dog)
A robust, full-bodied, but not overly bitter dry stout in the Irish tradition. Brewed with select malts and hops to be round, roasted and malty with a silky finish.
Malts: 2-Row, Caramel 40, Roasted Barley, Chocolate, flaked Oats.
Hops: Northern Brewer, Kent Goldings.
Bitterness: 38 IBUs.
