Barrel-aged Strong Scottish Ale ’07. A fiercely proud ale with the skirl of oak. Made with pale, crisp 77° crystal, munich and cara-hell malts and hopped with Styrian Goldings. Pumpkin added in the mash, kettle and fermenter. Brewed at Tangletown and aged in a red wine barrel of American oak.
