Mashed with crisp maris otter palte and weyermann munich and cara-hell malts with organic pumpkin puree and cucumber seeds. Bittered with sorachi ace and finished with east kent goldings and the World Spice Merchant’s Sweet Chai blend, including cardamom, orange peel, clove, cassia, ginger, and szechuan pepper. Pumpkin in the boil, and over 5 pounds per barrel of pureed fresh cucumbers in the fermenter. Starting gravity 11.7 Plato (1.047). Brewed at Tangletown.
