COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mit einer tollen Rezeptur, besten Zutaten und rotbraun in der Farbe. Eine ausgesuchte Spezialmalzmischung und der Aromahopfen Saphir fhren bei unserem Rotbier zu einem harmonischen, wohltemperierten Gesamteindruck. Und ein Taste, der unsere Braumeister in Euphorie versetzte: Malzaromatisch, mit einem leckeren Hauch von Karamell.

Keg at the brewpub, Hamburg, 16/07/15. Reddish amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is biscuit, fruit peel, brown sugar, malt. Taste comprises rich caramel, biscuit malt, brown bread, dark fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok Vienna but ultimately it meant nothing to me !

Bottle, from trade with fonefan. A lightly hazy one, dark amber in color and with a small, dense, beige head. Its very malty on the nose, with a touch of dried fruits in the back, apricots and prunes, and a faint grassy touch. Its lightly oxidized, with a nice carbonation level in the mouth. Full to medium body. semi-sweet. Roasted malts, toffee, bread and a grassy touch in the flavor. Lasting finish. Quite nice this one. 150522

Bottle, 5.2%. Caramelly aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small grey head. The flavour is roasted and caramelly. Medium bitterness. Gets a bit grainy in the finish.

Bottle from a small shop in Frankfurt. Cap proclaims "Just real craft taste" aus Englich. Pours almost dark ruby with a slight, transient head. Aroma is roasty malt. Sweet. Med body or better. Its malty, and far from dry. Drinks pretty well with pepper jack cheese.
