(bottle, 33cl) Clear, reddish copper colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Toasty malty and nutty aroma with notes of caramel, a tinge of molasses and a subtle berry-fruity touch. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a pleasantly calm and well-matured carbonation. Solid roast-malty taste with loads of caramel/burnt sugar, dark chocolate and mocha with a drying hops character in the backyard; dry-ish, mildly sweet roasty and bitter hoppy finish with subtle fruity notes. Good. 03.IX.12

DAA; Bottle, 0,33 l, take away from Bad Segeberg. Pours moderate, clear amber with a frothy, creamy, lasting and lacing off-white head. Nose is moderate, malt, caramel, sour bread and light spice. Taste is moderate sweet and light bitter with a somewhat lasting sweet malt finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
