COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Also known as Brick By Brick "Unknown Shore"

Virdami šį alų naudojome belgišką "Cara Aroma", "Munic II", "Cara Munich", "Pilsner" salyklus. Alų brandinome su kiek paskrudintomis prancūziško ąžuolo drožlemis, suteikiančiomis savitą skonį. Paslaptingą ir neatrastą tarsi nežinomas krantas.

Hazy dark chestnut color with big but wuickly disapearing dark brown foram, looks very nice! Aroma is surprising too! Very sweet of walnuts and nut oil, honey and banana in a way and bread, very interesting aroma and smells really nice! Taste is very light and smooth with slight hint of darker bitternes but if fades away quickly, has this malt and hop mix which is really plesant. Over all very nice beer to have and deifnatly worth a try!

Amber with medium yellow head. Herbal aroma. Dry, bit smoked sour and bitter taste. Herbal notes. But unlike original dubbels the taste is quite flat, without yeasty flower notes.

Bottle, 0.33l, shared with CanCrusher. Hazy dark brown color with thin creamy tan-like head and soft visible carbonation. Aroma of dandelion syrup, caramel and vinegar. Tastes moderate sweet caramel and dried fruity, nothing refreshing here, I miss yeasty notes, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Can’t really compete with Belgian dubbels...
