Also known as Brick By Brick "Unknown Shore"

Virdami šį alų naudojome belgišką "Cara Aroma", "Munic II", "Cara Munich", "Pilsner" salyklus. Alų brandinome su kiek paskrudintomis prancūziško ąžuolo drožlemis, suteikiančiomis savitą skonį. Paslaptingą ir neatrastą tarsi nežinomas krantas.

Dark brown, brownish head but doesn’t last very long. Dark/ brown bread aroma. Nice strong sweet taste. Fruity.

visionthing (5735) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 25, 2014
33cl bottle from Gero Alaus Parduotuvė, Kaunas. Pours hazy brown with a reddish hue and a tan head. Malty aroma with some roasty notes, dried dark fruits, caramel and hints of spices and something slightly unpleasant. Fairly sweet, but also balanced and quite flavourful. Something strange about this one, but quite drinkable. Fair enough.

W aromacie karmel i estrowa owocowość. Piana drobnopęcherzykowa, ale szybko opada. Barwa rubinowa, piwo przejrzyste. W smaku jabłkowo (lekko kwaśnie), pomieszane z lekkim karmelem. Kwaśność większa od goryczki, która jest niska. Nasycenie wysokie, a piwo dość wodniste.

jookos (7298) - FINLAND - AUG 16, 2014
Bottle. Dark brown, tan head. Dark bready malty nose. Some plums, dark dried fruit, but dry bready overall. And yes, a good belgy abbey yeasty vibe. Medium bodied. Some oilyness in the texture, dark sweet malts, light green herby finish. Very dark bready malty, but surprisingly, thin considering the good aroma. Some yeastyness, quite a bit actually. Gives an unpleasant doughy feel. Liked the nose, the doughy body put me off.
