COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at Pudel Bar. Pours hazy amber colour. Moderate white head. Malty, sour, fruity, citrussy aroma. Some hints of fruits, grapefruit, bitterness, grapefruit sweetness in the taste. Rather medium bodied, rather seeet, medium carbonated descent brew. Bit out of balance thow.

Tap (Pusel, Tallinn)
Yikes, getting some strong sore-arsey waste in the aroma, that’s dominant. Some sweet caramel too. Murky orange, head settles to a splat. Nice caramelly malts in taste, but the sorachi pokes its arse out again. Does have a nice bitter bite, maybe they used some of the hop bill to do that, sorachi bitters very nicely. Full sweet palate, carbonation high enough to nuke the sugars, not sure that’s a win-win. Plenty wrong with it, but deep down does have some good points too. Not sour - that’s a massive plus point for Raven!

Tap. Hazy orange color. Medium size, off-white head, stays. Sweet, fruity, citrus, malty, caramel in aroma. Caramel, coconut, sweet, malty and citrus in taste. Sweet, caramel and coconut in aftertaste. Sweetness covers the alcohol well. Drinkable stuff.

PowY (982) - AUSTRIA - JAN 6, 2017
330 ml bottle. Pours a nearly clear amber with a white head. The aroma is hoppy - oranges, red grapefruit - and medium malty. Full body with a low carbonation, a heavy sweetness and a light bitterness. The flavor is pretty malty - caramel and cookies - with overripe fruits - grapes and peaches - and noticeable alcohol, overall a little stale with a bitter finish.
