COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pendulum Pilsner is a rich velvet smooth, yet clean, dry and crisp pilsner of a pale gold color. The complex mix of hops and malt creates an elegant floral nose and delightful taste that is very drinkable without overwhelming even the most tepid beer drinker. Not overly bitter but just enough of the hop to enjoy their subtle complexities while still enjoying the smooth, and almost sweet taste of the malt. Serve Pendulum in a tall glass to enjoy the carbonated bead and the steady white head that laces the glass and taste why Pendulum Pilsner is a cut above the rest.

From tap at ADT. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Nose is malt, grain, grass. Flavors are malt, crisp fruit, grains and grass. Light bodied with a clean finish. Decent summer choice.

Nice amber pils, clear, filtered. Bitter as it should with soft carbonization (soft compared to other pils beer, not ales). Overall it brings back a bit of that Central European beer taste that I miss, stands out from all the regular ales on display in North America. Recommend.

A decent light pilsner. Tastes of dried grass me hey. Refreshing but not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Total Wine. Pours golden, quite clear, with a small white head. Sweet grass aroma. Taste is sweet grasses, hay, light toast crumbs. Not bad, not great.

frankenkitty (2012) - Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA - JUN 24, 2016
Brass colored body, clear and lively, under a fast white head. Toasted malt and hay aroma with hints of grasses and MAYBE a whiff of wildflowers. Noble hops come out as it warms. Flavor has the persona of a Czech Pils with Saaz hops alongside a sticky floral sweetness. Bittersweet finish is a bit soapy. Not "crisp", not "clean"... not quite a drain-pour but hard to finish. ~~~~ 12 oz. bottle, purchased "somewhere in Baltimore" (according to my wife).

jsquire (4489) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - JUN 4, 2016
Amber color beer with a foamy head that quickly shrank down to very little. Malt powder and white sugar sweetness in the nose. Very sweet malty beer with a bit of macro corniness to it. There is very little to this beer.

Une pilsener un peu moins élégante et complexe que la précdente mais neanmoins fraîche et idéal sur le Lobster Roll.

Bottle from Perfect Pour. Bold orange body with slight head. Nose is yeasty, floral, hoppy. Taste is malty up front, wheaty, then more fruity with oranges. Notes of bananas in there. Decent.

Bottled. Mostly clear gold pour. Some grass and grain not too much hops. Pleasant enough.

Bottle. Notes of cereal grains, some grass, and little bit of honey biscuits. Really basic with a medium bodied mouthfeel.
