COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pendulum Pilsner is a rich velvet smooth, yet clean, dry and crisp pilsner of a pale gold color. The complex mix of hops and malt creates an elegant floral nose and delightful taste that is very drinkable without overwhelming even the most tepid beer drinker. Not overly bitter but just enough of the hop to enjoy their subtle complexities while still enjoying the smooth, and almost sweet taste of the malt. Serve Pendulum in a tall glass to enjoy the carbonated bead and the steady white head that laces the glass and taste why Pendulum Pilsner is a cut above the rest.

From a bottle. Pours very clear amber gold with a thin, fizzy white head. Tastes like sweet grains, light corn, light musk, grassy with light bitterness. Nice. Light body and low carbonation. Light aroma of sweet corn, grains, grass.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured gold, clear with a nice thick white head and spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grain, and malts; a bit weak. Taste of yeast, malts and grain, some slight hoppiness towards the end. Crisp and refreshing, no bad at all.

Bottle. Poured a pretty clear golden yellow color with a large white head. Aroma was toasted malts, some light grain. Plenty of crystal. Flavor was crisp and clean malts, some earthy and floral hop notes. Pretty clean, easy to drink - a pretty good Pilsner.

HighlanderOne (1366) - York, SC via NJ, South Carolina, USA - FEB 8, 2014
Poured from bottle. Nice hop, bread and honey aroma. A bit darker than your average pils. I taste malt, hops, honey, pepper. Crisp feel. Not bad - pretty straight forward pils.

kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 22, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear light gold body under a small fizzy white head that faded fairly quickly. The nose is a touch too sweet smelling with some bready and doughy pale maltiness. Not much in the way of hops to speak about. The flavor is a little too sweet as well, and tastes a bit like there’s some corn in here. Very lightly hopped, with minimal to no bitterness. Finishes with some sweet bready maltiness. Light bodied and a bit clingy with soft minimal carbonation. Pretty lackluster Pilsner.

Poured from a bottle. Clear fizzy orange color, no head. Sweat grain aroma. Good initial grain taste with a real subtle finish, nice drinkability. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Luvystypotables (2047) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - DEC 1, 2013
Not much of an aroma but a great golden colour and full head that dissipates quickly. A smooth taste of grain and yeast with a slightly metallic finish that doesn’t last.
