Cask, Highcross, Leicester. Golden with a bubbly foam. Aromas are stewed apple and pear with lemon, melon and grapefruit. Caramel and pineapple with toast and yeast. Flavours are sweet mixed fruit with lemon zest and bitterness. Lots of pithy lemon peel with spritzy yeast on the palate. Hints of caramel and toffee beneath the hops. Pretty good.

Cask, The Swim Inn, Wetherspoon Ale Festival. Amber orange appearance, sweet alcoholic peach aroma. Thick and sweet then long but subtle pepper finish that sticks in the mouth.

Cask handpull at Crosse Keys Spoons. Clear deepish gold sparse white head. Its an ok fruity strong golden ale. Decent hops on finish. Bit warm and not great nick. Its ok. Whatever. My palate is a mess. Its fine.
