COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

ogivlado (8126) - Zagreb, CROATIA - JUN 26, 2016
Bottled 500ml. -Amber/brown coloured, medium sized beige head, dogfood, caramel and sugar in the nose. Sweet toasted malt, caramel, dried fruits, touch of dogfood and some light acidic notes in the finish. Looks really nice but tastes quite average...pitty.

2.3
CloakedDagger (2858) - - APR 27, 2016
Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, reddish amber with a beige head. Aroma is a little confusing, pointing in many directions, nuts and malt dominate. Medium body, lightly caramellish malts and a dry, lightly bitter finish. Boring and bland - and not a 100% clean. 270416

When you finally got the beer in the glass with a uniform fine foam crown on 3-4 fingers, you become happy.
The beer is dark brown and the foam takes time to disappear.
Now when I tasted the foam so fans not so much taste as I had hoped.
But one senses little malt
But when they put the nose of this beer so struck by it is a bit hidden in the total.
But the aroma is sweet with hints of fruit, some chocolate, orange, roasted almond notes of dried fruit among.
A certain maltighet throughout the beer is in the background,
But behind it seems to be some citrus notes from the hops that provide a finishing slightly bitter
It first struck by the carbonic acid, and there are lots of these little tiny bubbles that annoys me a bit.
This also means that when I fill my glass so it becomes an explosion of foam almost overflowing.
The wife sitting next to wonder what I drink if it’s beer or root beer .......
But now we taste and enjoy, Here we begin to find more flavors, a little caramel / toffee, Christmas spices like cloves, slightly chocolate, coriander and some citrus fruits.
The beer is easily to be a Bavarian-layer model, some bitterness arrives at the end but very little.
The carbon dioxide is very strong, the somewhat sharp bubbles are persistent in the mouth. The fluid is softening.
