On draft at Pinthouse Pizza. Pours dark reddish brown with a tight tan head. Cherries, molasses, currants, slight oak flavor, medium sourness, good carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. This beer reminds me a lot of Russian River Consecration without the wine characteristic. ZacM612 (870) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - JAN 9, 2017
Dark, opaque brown, with a cream-colored head. Strong sour, fruity aroma. Some sweet, cherry and toffee flavors with a tart finish. Nice. baraciisch (3443) - California, USA - JAN 3, 2017
Dark amber in color... Aroma of dark sour cherries, dark malts, berries... Flavor is smooth and fruity, cherries, brown nutty malts, berries, not overly tart or acetic, fairly light bodied, really drinkable for a sour beer... Great beer

Dark amber, fizzy beige head. Sweet yeasty aroma, cherry and notes of spearmint. Citrus on the tongue with some spice as the sour takes hold. A bit boozy towards the finish. onceblind (10893) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 29, 2015
Hazy deep chestnut Amber with a thin white head. Lovely nose with citrus zest and tart funky tones with lovely toffee nutty malts, and a lovely tart sour yeast. Lovely flavor featuring some dark malts, big lacto sour tones, zesty grapefruit flesh, citrus zest, and a little leafy hop tone, finishing tart and funky and delightful.

GABF 2014. Muddled reddish brown. Nice cherry funk nose, bit of volatile acidity. Quite tart, with definite balsamic notes, along with red fruit, and funk. Vinegar notes kept in check. Very good, but couldn’t drink a lot of this. rougeau13 (3280) - Richmond, Texas, USA - MAY 22, 2014

Reddish brown body with an off-white head. Smells great - cherry and other pitted fruits, wood, toffee, vanilla. Wonderfully tart and fruity. Great sour from Real Ale.
