Bottle: Nearly black, super deep brown, thin frothy sandy head, little lacing. Heavy malty aroma, biscuity, dark pitted fruit to follow. Big malty dark pitted fruit on the tongue. Somewhat bright, sweet,
not all that bready. Not too heavy, meaning the breadiness isn’t over the top. Loads of dark pitted fruit tho. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. Slight popsicle flavors, grape, orange, and cherry combined.
Seems a little artificial, but at least it has some breadiness and dark pitted fruit. Finishes somewhat sweet, bready, light dark pitted fruit, with a heavy popsicle presence. Different, not as heavy as others, but has a big
popsicle aspect that I don’t care for. Good, but seems a little artificial at times. Thanks for the bottle Bill! suprchunk (2994) - EffOff, Florida, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Black pour. Small tan head. Little lacing. Raisins and chocolate in the nose. Sweet malty taste. Decent beer.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a dark somewhat murky color with a medium beige head. A sweet sugary nose with berries, candies, some toffee and yeast. The flavor is sweet big sugary flavors, berries, strawberry especially, some caramel, a bit of dark porter elements slipping in here. Really nice twist on a great style. dfinney23 (3424) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 2, 2013
Pours dark plum with a brief fizzy head. Plum in the aroma and taste, too, plus some molasses and a bit of spice. Quite tasty, though not particularly quad-like. bbcd (214) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 22, 2013

I love RABC!! Which is why I tried this Brewer’s Cut #0002 Belgian Quadrupel. I’d drank other Belgian beers in the past & found them pretty good. But I couldn’t even get past the first bottle of this stuff. :( Syrupy taste isn’t my idea of beer. Almost like they poured in lots of caramel sugar or just plain corn syrup. I won’t be buying any more of this...though as I said, I love RABC despite this mistake (IMHO) on their part. llcooldave (1226) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - FEB 16, 2013
Black in color. Herbal Jagermiester like aroma. Some almond, cocoa and dried fruit as well. Spicy fruit flavor, some rasin, smoke and hints of coffee. Overall, complex but very drinkable. jerseyjohn71 (308) - Corsicana, Texas, USA - FEB 3, 2013
