(growler) clear, rich amber, wispy white bubbles. Nose of pineapple, Brett, light hops, fairly complex, funky. Taste of pineapple, Brett, bit horse blanket, dry, caramel, interesting. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - OCT 13, 2012
Thanks to errl for sharing this growler.
The beer pours a yellow-orange color with a white head. The aroma is full of brett and wheat, with some lemon and orange notes coming through. The flavor is similar. The orange citrus notes mix well with the leathery brett notes. I also get some grass and a hint of toffee. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Far from transparent orange-amber with a whitish head. Lots of filmy lacing. Strong aroma of flowers, citrus, and candy. Tastes moderately sour and pretty well balanced. Medium bodied; slightly dry. Very nice. The flavors aren’t as bold as some sour/wilds, but this one is quite refreshing and easy drinking.
