Medium sized white head, decent retention and lace. Lightly hazy with a yellow, light gold color. Nose is nice, Citrus, lightly bready malts, orangey and spicey, light bananna notes too boot. Light bodied, light oilyness and a prickly carbonation. Wheaty grainy flavors greet you with some nice spicey notes, coriander, citrus, slight vegetal notes, light doughyness. Clean, spicey, almost dry finish. A groovy Wit! Thanks to Mr. Fry for the bottle. YEEHAW! MrRomero (1976) - Nolanville, USA - MAR 14, 2008

Slight haze to it. Mild grain and floral hop aroma. Grain and hops seem to dominate the flavor. Light lemon and mild sweetness. Good. Ernest (7824) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 16, 2007

On tap at Logan’s pre-GABF party. Has a really strong yeasty sulfur-like aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with a thick white head. Palate is very milky. Tastes of lemon and banana from the esters. Cloves as well. Hard to get past the sulfurous aroma, though.

From the keg at Logan’s Pre-GABF party. Hazy yellow pour. Huge White head. Clove on the flavor and the aromas. Pretty good stuff. ucusty (2693) - raleigh, North Carolina, USA - NOV 4, 2007
Very strange...Okay i got two different bottles (both were in identical bottles) one poured darker than the other. The darker version had plenty of floaters that seemed to be suspended throughout the beer. Lighter beer had more head and lacing. hoppy aromas. flavor was similar on both bottles. with flavors of oats, wheat, corriander, and banana. finish’s with a light hint of hops. goldtwins (4319) - Nesconset, New York, USA - OCT 25, 2007
Tap @ Logan’s Pre-GABF party. Poured a hazy yellow color with a large white head. The aroma was clovey, yeasty, sweet and wheaty. The aroma seemed dry, like dry air not dry lacking sweetness. The flavor wheaty with light notes of clove and banana. The finish was dry with some bitterness. brentfeesh (1216) - Mansfield, Ohio, USA - OCT 23, 2007
On tap at the Pre-GABF party. Hazy straw color with a huge head. Clove is fairly strong in the aroma with hints of banana. The flavor is very quite good with balanced clove and cinnamon. There is a pleasing yeasty flavor spiked with a hint of fruit (reminiscent of banana and pear). The mouth feel is very creamy with is likely contributed to by the addition of oats to this brew. I enjoyed this and hope to have it again one day.
