12 oz. bottle poured into a pint glass. Clear deep gold body that pours with almost no head. The head is just a bit of lace. After a few minutes, the surface is barren. Smells very hoppy. Not shy on the grapefruit hops. Totally dominates he smell. Behind it is some piney hops and some toasted malt aroma. Taste is hop-forward, which is good. The hop isn’t quite as pronounced as the aroma. Behind the hops is some spicy, almost rye-like malt. Very dry and toasty tasting malts. Not a lot of carbonation, which emphasizes the dry taste from the malts. It leaves an empty bitterness behind. It also makes it feel pretty light in body. Decent beer. Smelled pretty nice, but didn’t deliver in flavor as much. dbhenry (139) - El Paso, Texas, USA - JUN 2, 2015
This I.P.A. has a medium body with a good head. It has a good malt flavor, with some character, and it is highly hopped. Overall, a good beer on a hot day. jackl (8446) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 24, 2015
Keg @ ALC, Austin. Gold pour with a tiny white head. Underarm, underripe salted tropical fruits. A touch of caramel. Taste is pretty bitter, very dry. Hints of honey sweetness. Bread. Grass and lemon peel. Cantaloupe meat. Medium body, active carbonation. bodega95 (85) - - APR 17, 2015
Drinking this draft, the appearance was excellent, very well carb and a clear golden color. Smell was citrusy but nothing really highlight an essential fruit. I think the ibus overpower any fruit taste other than hops. Overall good IPA. BeerRenter76 (1043) - Texas, USA - APR 9, 2015
Aroma has faint hints of pine, and floral notes. Nice copper body, ok head and a fair amount of thick lace. Flavor (thankfully) was more pronounced with malt at first and the floral taking a brief hold, finishing with a pine/ grapefruit finish, nice bitterness.

Light aroma, smooth taste front to back on the tongue, not strong as an IPA, but refreshing.

Draft. Pours golden yellow with a thin white head that lingers. Heavy carbonation with hop aroma. Nice ipa but not particularly complex.

Bottle at the Park at the Domain in Austin. Hazy light orange with a small off white head with some sparse lace. Prominent barnyard with some floral hops. Very light toffee base with a medium bitter pine middle. Medium oily with average carbonation. Decent. Cimbasso (1024) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 12, 2015
Sampled from a bottle purchased in San Antonio, Texas. Hazy orange/gold colour with a white head. Very hoppy aromas, and the taste also dominated by very assertive hop flavours. Lots of grapefruit, lemon and pine in the taste. Quite astringent, and pleasingly bitter. The hop flavours shout too much, so the balance is not great, but a nice, refreshing IPA nonetheless.
