COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Oktoberfest is brewed with the highest quality German malts, hops and yeast using traditional Bavarian brewing methods. The Munich and Vienna malts are the real stars of this smooth, copper-colored, medium-bodied brew. Well balanced and satisfying, our first lager is the perfect complement to your fall festivities. Prosit!!!!

Bottle. Pours a clear copper hue with a small off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel. Taste follows nose with lots of nuttiness and bread.

Bottle to glass - classic murky copper color with a fine bubbled white head. Aroma is somewhat subdued... Earthy malt, tobacco, traces of spearmint. Pretty mellow on the tongue... Crisp bite initially but it carries on softly as it rolls down. Some sweet caramel, toasted corn, tobacco, gourd. Decent.

Musty and nutty malt aroma. Bubbly amber, seems overcarbonated. Dirty cocoa malt flavor, richer than the style is usually. Medium body, appropriate softness despite the look. Probably won’t fly in Munich, enjoyable nontheless.

Bottle at home. Clear copper pour, white head with poor retention. Aroma is caramel, rasins, faint toast, faint grain. Taste is caramel, toasted malts, a bit of rasin, light honey. Faint grain and grass. Medium body, high carbonation. Nice and balanced. Pretty good.

Strong dark chocolate taste aroma. Taste is smooth with sweet aftertaste. One of my favorite Oktoberfest brews.

Aroma is strongly malty. Pours a goldish brown with just a bit of head from tap into a pint glass. Mouthfeel is medium/thick with a bit of carbonation bite. Beer is very malty and sweet with just a bit of a spice bite. Some caramel and oaty tastes in there as well.
