Hay, cereal, citrus. Very nice on the palate. Slight spiciness from the hops. Wonderfully easy drinking with plenty of flavor TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 19, 2014
Pours a nice golden color with white head. Some spice and a little piney citrus on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes pretty clean. rumproasts (5359) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - APR 4, 2014
bottle. amber with small head. roasty aroma almost coffee-like. medium malt body. very mild hops. a bit underwhelming. UncleKorm (1319) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - APR 2, 2014
Bottle poured a clear deep gold hue w/ a large fizzy head diminishing to a small lasting cap w/ lacing. Moderate hay aroma. Initial flavor is a light sweet w/ a moderate bitter finish. Tastes are lemon, straw, and tangerine. Medium bodied, balanced mouthfeel, and lively carbonation. gregwilsonstl (2504) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - DEC 20, 2013
Nice clear amber. This white head. Saaz hops? Reminds me of a maltier bud light. OK beer.

Aroma is hay, bready malts. Pours a amber color. Lightly sweet, mildly bitter. Not a big hop presence at all. An OK beer, didn’t blow me away. RobertDale (6474) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - OCT 16, 2013
12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear golden orange with a nice white head. Aroma of malt, grain, and grass. Taste is malt, grass, grain, caramel, and pine. Decent. yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 28, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 29, 2013 Bottle, 12oz. A clear, dark golden beer with a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma has piney, citrusy hops and a good dash of malts and some caramel. Too malty I think, but quite pleasant. Some sweetness in the flavor, just enough bitterness to deal with it, and some citrus and pine cones. Medium body, semi-dry and pleasantly carbonated. Some bitterness in the finish too. Overall, a bit malty for me, but it drinks easily and doesn’t taste bad in any way. 130828 brewballs (215) - USA - AUG 24, 2013
Horrible brew! Twangy, taste. Weak head. Hoppy notes but bitter. Simplistic. Iron, tin wash down. Absolutely undrinkable! Embarrassing! The Real Ale should be ashamed to put out a brew no better than a Budweiser! Skip it!!! Foxbush (2028) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - AUG 16, 2013
12 oz bottle This purchased at the Whiskey and Rye bar at the Omni in Ft Worth. The pale ale poured a hazy amber with a frothy and lacing off-white head. This is good pale ale for everyday enjoyment. The Czech saaz hops provide a special flavor of spiciness. The medium body ale had average carbonation. The finish was smooth with lingering bitterness and a touch of spice.
