Beautiful hazy amber color with small white head. Pleasant fruity hoppy aroma with a bit caramel malts. Taste is sweet malts with the fruity hops, just about right bitterness for the body. The body is medium I’d say. A tad watery but not disturbingly, better than most Italians. Respect for the stylish labels!
Bottled (thanks Alex Liberati!). Reddish ambery colour, small beige head. Aroma is grass, fruits, some strong floral hoppyness. Flavour is strong hops, mild toffee, and mild liquorice. Very pleasant. Gets a bit sticky when it warms up. Maistu (4) - USA - NOV 10, 2010 does not count
Molto buona. Scoperta all’oasi della birra, a Roma. Entusiasmante nel gusto e nel retrogusto.

A Mes rate. Bottle at GBBF thanks to Alex.madmitch76 (25101) - , Essex, ENGLAND - AUG 28, 2010
Hazy brown with with not much head initially but you can easy add to it with a swill. Lots of caramel and spice. Good chewy malt base, plenty of fruit and a really good delicate bitterness. Light smoky notes in the finish. Interesting and enjoyable if a little too yeasty.

Bottle opened by one of the nicest guys in the business - step forward Alex of Revelation Cat. Cheers Alex! Another cracking label from these guys! Muddy brown beer with a thick creamy head. Light semi dry palate. Sweet malt, a little tangy. Various red fruits come forward and then some sugary and sourish notes. A pinch of spice before the dry finsish.
