COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With a very complex blend of citric fruitness and floral overtones, this beer has a pleasing dry hop taste tht enhances its already stellar drinkability. A favorite among many whom appreciate the finer Pale Ales. Brewed at Sudwerk for ReaperAle.

Cavie (4805) - Arlington, Texas, USA - NOV 6, 2010
Bottle courtesy of Fratto. Hazy orange color with lots of sediment. Bubbly white. Aroma of light hops, French fries and grain. Flavor is spicy hops with lots of earth and citrus notes. Finishes dry and earthy.

22oz bottle 10/30/10 (Binny’s Naperville)-48° in Shaker-Pours a hazy orangish amber with a huge off white head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Taste of the same with a bit of malt and grapefruit thrown in. This medium bodied brew is easy to drink and well balanced.

22 oz bottle. Pours hazy orange, huge head. Strong aroma of citrus. Flavor tasted a bit stale, but could taste toffee, pine, and grapefruit. Very lively carbonation and a slight bitter finish. Definitely not one of my favs, but easy to drink.

Listigovers (1312) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 3, 2010
Fairly nice dry pale ale. Well hopped, floral aroma. Citrusy hops, bitter but wet. IPA level bitterness in a light pale ale, very drinkable and refreshing.

cbfobes (2891) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - SEP 2, 2010
Poured from bomber, pours a orange color with a thick white head, has a hoppy yet sweet aroma, has a dry hoppy flavor and is nothing special but isn’t terrible.

degbert (1776) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUL 15, 2010
Poured from bottle. Floral hops nose, not very pronounced or strong. Pours a nice orange-gold with a thin head -- there was haze, but I can’t tell if it’s chill haze or part of the beer. Drinks thin and unimpressive -- as bruising as their other beers are, this one’s a mediocre lightweight.

RollinHard (1024) - Fort Worth, Texas, USA - MAR 14, 2010
Pours burnt orange with a white head. Aroma off toffee, butter, leaves, light pine, bread. Kinda strange on the nose. Tastes of bread, pine, soap, flowers, and corn. Finishes like toast with a bit of pine and grapefruit bitterness. Medium bodied with abrasive carbonation that thankfully swirls out effectively enough. It works as an after-work beer, but it doesn’t please much.

Bottle; had this one way back during my family xmas beer tating. Pours a amber/gold color with a whitish head. Aroma of citrus/grapefruit, herbs, pine and caramel. Flavor was similar, but too unrefined for my liking. Some balance, but everything did not come together well enough when compared to others of the style that I prefer.

Sparkly, clear with a slight bitter aftertaste. Not too bad, but nothing to write home about.

20060121 Bomber shared with Dickinsonbeer. A big step up in the APA style at the time from what I had been used to, this beer’s highlights included fairly big body with sturdy pale malts. The hop presence was dry, brash, and a bit of a stretch over what most easily available APAs were bringing. Enjoyable enough. I thought these guys went out of business though? Perhaps they’re back.
