Great label. The pour is dark straw with medium, off-white head. Aroma of honey malt, hops, some florals and spices. Tastes malty, with honey, crisp hops, florals, and black pepper. Dry finish, with nice floral and spice elements.

Bottle. Hazy orange gold, compact white head showing good retention. Muted aromas of caramel and resin. Sweet smooth malts are nicely balanced with citrus and resinous hops in abundance. Very good.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Grapefruit and light malt aroma. Grapefruit and light summer fruit flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Good hop flavor. Grapefruit and light summer fruit lingers with light caramel.

22oz bomber. Golden color with lasting white head. Full pine with slightly citrus hop bite to the nose. Big mouth full of hop bitterness with a bit of hop flavor. Midway some malt sweetness surfaces to march this beer down to a fairly balanced finish, well, moderately hoppy finish.

Poured an murky orange with a lacing, clumpy white head. Aroma was excellent, I poured it and walked away and could smell the piney, sticky hops five feet away. Initial flavor is crisp and clean, citrus and slightly malty. Bitter finish that’s slightly acidic in the throat.

22 oz bottle. Pours a orange color. Aroma is hoppy, with citrus (mainly grapefruit), with caramel malts. Flavor is mellow hops, with a nice malt balance. A very easy to drink beer that has a nice alcohol percentage.

PorterPounder (7961) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 14, 2004
To start off, a bit overcarbonated, but that does not distract from this one. Dark orange appearance, light off-white head. Aroma of baking bread and a basket of oranges with a hint of olives to soften the sweetness. Hard to describe delectable hoppy taste to it. I rather like it. Not too subtle grapefruit hoppiness is the flavor that rings throughout.

JaBier (7958) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - MAR 8, 2009
Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange copper with a medium white head. Sweet malt aroma with a hop balance. Hop flavor up front, but very acidic. Some yeast character as well.

A slightly older bottle thanks to Lt.Dan. Pours with with a hazed gold body. Aroma still haze a decent amount of citrus hop aromas, a bit of tea and caramel, bread rounding it out. Taste has a touch of oxidation (presenting itself as dried coconut), but still some resilient citrus hops, a bit herbal, and tons of caramel. Not a bad bottle. Lively bubbles, a bit thin. Nice.
