Bottle, 50 cl. Clear dark brown body with a frothy beige head. Light aroma with some malt and hoppy notes. Malty and slightly roasted flavours. Medium dry with light bitterness. Light body with average carbonation. The bitterness increases during the finish. Mild and straightforward beer, but still decent. rlgk (18852) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 2, 2005
(Stockholm Beer Festival 2005) Amber with a brown, almost yellowish head. Toffee diacetyl aroma with some choclate. Thin malty flavor, sugary and with some bitterness in the finish. MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 2, 2005
Bottle. A little marcipan aroma. Very dark brown/chestnut colour. Small creamy head, light brown. Malty flavour, a little sweet and toasted. IMHO a little too sweet. Aftertaste slightly toasted. Hansen (8613) - Assentoft, DENMARK - DEC 17, 2005
Amber color. Medium head, goes off quickly. Aroma is mainly sweet, the same goes for the flavor that also is a little bit odd, somehow fatty and hint of something burnt. FrankJohansen (3622) - Sabro, DENMARK - JAN 6, 2006
Dark brown colour with a medium mostly lasting light brown head. Sweet aroma of malt and caramel. Nice beer.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2008 Bottle, from Føtex, Aabenraa. A great dark brown with a medium brownish creamy head. The head stays for a good while and leaves a good amount of lacing. Aroma has roasted caramel and maltyness. A touch watery mouthfeel. Flavour is great with chocolate, a little smoke and a good dose of sweet roasted malts. 7/4/7/2/14 = 3.4BeerBiker (1415) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 18, 2007

[Sampled in 2005.] A sweet beer for the style. Otherwise a mainstream product. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - NOV 9, 2007
Bottled. Very dark ruby-brown colour, huge brownish/beige head. Aroma is fruits, earth, caramel malts and some mild smoked notes. Flavour is roasted malts, caramel malts, with some hints of smoke and chocolate. A bit rubbery/metallic in the finish, otherwise the flavour was really nice. Bottle. Pours dark brown with a big, beige/brown fluffy head. Sweet, malty aroma with notes of caramel. Grassy notes appear as it warms. Flavour is pretty much the same, but has a sharp/sourish touch.
Finish is malty with lingering notes of licorice and a medium bitterness. Feels a bit watery. 23-12-07.
