COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled. Hops dominate the character of this beer! Double the normal amount of hops are added at three different stages of the brewing process to give this golden beer the distinctive bittersweet flavour and aroma of a classic India Pale Ale. 24 Carat is perfect to enjoy on its own, or with spicy Indian or Thai food. Serve cool between 4-8c

Appearance is amber with golden tinges, a small fizzy beige head. Aroma- caramel, fruity hops, tropical fruit, hints of straw and grass. Taste- bitter hops, smooth malt, quite a bitter punchy finish, orange and grapefruit, a bit juicy, clingy finish, some fruit on the end. Nice and full in the mouth.

Bottle from BEER:Shop, St Albans. Golden with a small head. Lightly malty bitter with a pleasant bitterness through an an easy-drinking texture.

50cl bottle from the brewery shop, at 5% ABV. An attractive golden amber pour with a thick creamy head; some spicy hops on the aroma; oily in the mouth with a bittersweet grainy taste; and a spicy bitterness to finish. Rather good.

From a bottle bought in the brewery (a great place to visit by itself). Poured nicely in a gold/bronze colour with a good head. Sweet fruity taste with a slightly bitter finish. A simple but tasty ale with the standard quality of the Rebellion brewery.

Lovely golden yellow colouring, small head, disappears quickly. Very hoppy taste, stays on the tongue long after sipping. Goes down smooth.
