Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, nutty notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, wooden, grassy and some mild resiny and herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. Bitter with attitude, as for the flavour.

Hand pulled cask at the Moon & Sixpence (JDW ) Hatch End. Amber with a lively white head, in the peak of fresh condition. Subtle crisp hop bite with evident citrus notes. Clean malt base balances well. A over easy drinking session ale.
