berkshirejohn (6767) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 24, 2012
Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Copper with a tight beige head; malty aroma; soft with a malty flavour and a lasting, gently bitter, finish. Decent enough, but rather boring. Rebellion seemed to be trapped in the "must produce a new beer every month" mindset, rather than trying to make beers that are different or better. wheresthepath (2424) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - FEB 11, 2012
[Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe] Amber, moderate white head. Fruity malt with a hint of sulphur & some leaf mulch. Boring again from Rebellion. bobinlondon (1297) - Harrow, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 4, 2012
Hand pulled cask at the Moon & Sixpence (JDW) Hatch End. Amber with a white head. Malt dominated with a touch of tangerine in a restrained hoppy finish. Too similar to regular beers. Rebellion are consistantly predictable and predictably boring at the moment.
