Bottle from Rebellion Brewery Marlow.
Dark red ale, small foamy head.
Sweet, fruity, with a bitter finish. Sticky after taste.
Easy to drink
Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Ocado. Pours clear red with a frothy, khaki head. Toasted brown bread in the nose, faint piney and floral hops. Medium sweet flavour with a good dose of creamy caramel, toasted grains, low bitterness, accents of ripe berries. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with slight earthy bitterness, more toasted grains and brown bread, ripened berries, plums, caramel. Not bad. Swaroga (2213) - Warszawa, POLAND - JAN 7, 2017
50cl. I had this beer before and liked it. Unfortunately this is a bad bottle. Butter, corn are a bit overwhelming. Bleh. JorgeLee (2091) - Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 23, 2016
Cask at the Polecat. Brilliant clear reddish amber, really quite red, white foam. Probably the best Rebellion beer I’ve had, some sweet crystal malts and more of a bitter finish than I expected. Slightly fruity. Hint of astringency. A pleasant pint. Holmen1 (5839) - Stavanger, NORWAY - OCT 26, 2015
Flaske delt med Steven, hjemme hos ham: klar, rødlig mahogny med kort skum. Fin aroma og smak av røde bær, ristet brød og nøtter. Fin bietterhet i ettersmaken, men for tynn kropp til at den er minneverdig. Vladivostok (483) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUN 27, 2015
Bottled. Dark amber with surprisingly little aroma. Slightly oily palate with flavour of toffee and slight vanilla notes. Reasonable but not one of their best.

Bottle. Appearance is dark ruby red, with an off-white head. Aroma- lots of fruit and malt, cherry hints. Taste- malty, toffee, very fruity, berries, fairly full and slightly fluffy in the mouth, biscuity, hoppy finish. Nice ale. gegwilson (3676) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 29, 2015
Bottle from Waitrose in Witney. Pours ruby with an off white head. Fruity and peppery aroma and taste. Some toffee in there too and a little toffee and green fruit too. A little thin and watery. Not my favourite style of beer. MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 9, 2015
Bottle, 4.5%. Dusty and caramelly aroma. Clear dark copper colour. Very small head, seems grey. The flavour is also caramelly. It has a mild spiciness, may stem from the hops, I am not totally sure. Not bad for a beer with the word "red" in its name. Bamsen78 (5336) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 9, 2015
Bottle. Pours hazy reddish amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with mild fruity and hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt and caramel. Touches of yeast and fruit. Bitterish and estery afteraste. Okay but nothing really special. MrTipple (4782) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 22, 2014
Aroma: bread malts, cereals, caramel. Appearance: clear amber, small, frothy, beige head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: malty sweets continue, bread, cereals intensify, lively carbonation. Overall: very decent Irish, nice malty, bit too fizzy maybe. Bottle from Waitrose, White City.
