BlackHaddock (7562) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - SEP 10, 2017
7th Sep 2017: half-pint from a polly-pin at a hop event in Worcestershire. Red hue to this brown coloured brew, beige head. I got the nuts, not too sure they were roasted ones though. Malts dominate this beer, so was surprised when I tasted it because of the place I tried it at. Liked it though!

en tør middel humle, efter bitterheden er væk er deren citrussmag, der runder øllen fint af.

Cask at the Hope and Champion, Beaconsfield. Poured a copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is woody hop, nutty light fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light smooth fruity woody hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

I look forward every year to November when this delightful brew appears at the Rebellion Brewery for the winter months. A beautiful red/brown colour and when served at the correct temperature (10-12 degrees) an immense taste that smacks your taste buds.

Leighton (22019) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 11, 2015
Cask at Back of Beyond, JDW - Reading. Pours clear russet with a creamy khaki head. The nose has notes of solvent, plastic and grains. Light sweet flavor with more solvent, plastic, a little rubber, leaves, grains. Light bodied either to average carbonation. Lightly astringent on the finish, more plastic, earth, leaves, burnt grain. Very poor.

Theydon_Bois (20425) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 16, 2015
Cask at the King and Castle, Tourist Town Zentrum, 14/11/15. Clear chestnut brown with subtle reddish hues and topped with a decent beige head. Nose is sweet malt, toffee, bubblegum, light cocoa. Taste comprises toffee, light spice, chocolate, brown bread, biscuit, toasted brown sugar. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for style.

Backlog rating. Cask at JDW WIQ, London. It pours a clean copper color with minimal tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, toffee, biscuit. Taste has some more sweet malts and bread notes. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, ok

MrTipple (5956) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2015
Aroma: caramel malts, bread and grain. Appearance: clear brown, small, off-white head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: malty sweets continue, fruitless as well, soft carbonation, dried fruits. Overall: nice Brown Ale, well-balanced, quite light. Growler from the brewery, Marlow.

Mini-Cask at a friends. Pours copper brown, roasty, nutty, sweet dry toffee, but too thin.

mR_fr0g (13154) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2014
Cask gravity at the brewery shop. Aroma is sweet nutty jam fruits. Clear rich red copper colour with a lasting thin off white head. Flavour is nutty malt, dried fruit, some earthy hop bitterness. Really good condition. Another solid beer.
