From tap at FrankenBierFest in Rome. Coudy golden amber with a billowy and lasting off-white head. Ester and malt-driven aroma is banana bread and clove and toast, hearty and grainy wheat with a light touch of alcohol. Full bodied and rich with lightly peppery / tingly alcohols, nicely aromatic banana cream pie touch with accents of lemon zest... a lot of depth to the aroma. Layered and rich banana bread with fresh cream and yogurt yeastiness, though just clean enough to not be doughy / raw in nature. Rich and sticky and savory and just a little salty... all around superb rendition from Reblitz.
