Fatehunter (2567) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - JUL 13, 2012
Poured from a bottle into a tulip beer glass. Brown/amber in color, almost transparent, light head, big bubbles. Not quite as brown as I thought a brown ale should be. Smells like a barn filled with hay. Taste: Toasted malt, a little nutty. Ends a little bitter. Light and carbonated. A bit more body and less carbonation would be better. If you are not expecting a brown ale then this beer is not too bad, just do not smell it and watch out for the carbonation.

Bottle from Cavie. Labeled as Red Brick Brown. Murky brown pour with an impossibly big tan head. It just wouldn’t stop. Aroma is toasted grain, caramel, and a little chocolate. Taste is veggies, caramel, grains, and light astringency.

DiarmaidBHK (4891) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 17, 2012
Bottle from buckhead diner. Pours brown with a really really thin head. Slight hint of nut and toffee on the nose. Nothing really out of the ordinary here.

Malty_MacHops (688) - Eastanollee, Georgia, USA - APR 11, 2012
Pretty good. The nose is toasty with some light hoppiness. The beer is brown with a quickly fading cream head. The taste is like munching cereal with some light hops tossed in. The beer is medium bodied and airly smooth.
