Had this on draft at a local restaurant tonight. Pretty run of the mill IPA. Had good lacing. Nice and crisp and hit the spot after a meal. Didn’t leave much of a lasting impression though.

Pint at Tyler’s Apex. Good aroma. Sweet. Orange, date, earthy, soy. Clean copper color. Good head and lace. Bitter sweet flavor. Medium body. Creamy mouthfeel. Bitter finish. Meh. Odd aroma.

12 oz bottle. (Four Winds) Pensacola, FL.
Clear reddish golden colour with a tiny white head. Fruity, candy and piny hops, mild bitterness and biscuit and caramel malt in the aroma. Not bad. The flavour is more floral and tea like hops, mild bitterness and sweet malt. Quite soft carbonation. I was expecting more after the quite intriguing aroma. Well it’s not bad.

glennmastrange (2869) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - SEP 24, 2013
Bottle. Moderate to heavy malt notes of roasted and caramel, light orange for the hops, faint soap for the yeast, with a hint of date. Head is small, frothy, white with fair lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is hazy medium amber with some big chunky bits. Flavor starts lightly sweet and acidic, then finishes moderately bitter. Palate is medium, oily with a lively carbonation. A little light in hop aroma. Not a bad IPA, bitter, herbal and slick in texture.

queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - SEP 9, 2013
Bottle. Sweet buttery caramel malt and light citrus peel hops aroma. Hazy deep honey gold with a small ivory head, nice lacing. Buttery-bready caramel malt, and very mild citrus peel hops flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

Patrickctenchi (6588) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - AUG 12, 2013
Cloudy, amber-brown with a thin, off-white head. Aroma of wood, slight orange peel... Taste is earthy hops, caramel, a bit of fruit. Very mild....decent, but really no punch or distinctive traits.

Poured from a bottle - copper colored with a 2 cm head white head. Smells green and a bit sweet. Tastes bitter and resinous with a bit of sweetness initially. Finishes pretty clean, short finish.

Gold pour, white head. Citrus and grassy hops, pale malts, some light honey notes. Nothing to write home about here.
