Bottle from Total Wine, Naples. The pours amber with a tiny head. Plenty of dandruff and floaties in the glass. The nose is full of caramel, sweetened orange peel, toast. The taste is more caramel, a bit of unripened melon. Moderately grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, a pretty middle of the road IPA.

12oz bottle, shared by Robotopera 4 ways. Pretty sure he got it from World of Beer in Florida. Yellow - orange color. Minimal white head, just some loose lace. Chunks of sediment suspended in the body. Lighter, more smooth carbonation. Medium - plus body. Light bitter taste. Decent hops - some grass, light pine, little citrus. Solid malt. Drinkable, satisfying IPA.

Brewvival Trip Beer 51. 12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market Duluth. I figured it was a fitting name for my last beer in Atlanta. Pours a murky yellow-amber with floating particles. Medium sized frothy white head. Decent head retention. Looks pretty funky. Aroma of floral, herbal hops with a bit of citrus. Caramel malts. The taste is bitter herbal, vegetal hops and caramel malts. Some citrus on the finish. Medium bodied. Decent.

Draft. Pours a light golden color. Modest head with some lacing. Aroma of earth, hops and sour. Flavor and was both bitter and sour. Kind of like eating a really unripe veggie. Not very good at all.

Pint on tap. Opaque (cloudiest IPA Ive ever seen, and not the bottom of the keg, but I still think its a good sign) green-orange-toast color with a lasting quarter inch of foam. Nose is very mild citrus and evergreen. Taste is a bit bolder with the evergreen, caramel and citrus. Light-medium body has medium carbonation and is dry with lots of hop, but the taste is just so-so.

Smelled great right out of bottle but didnt hold in the glass. Nice and bitter but also tastes a little watered down. Not bad for a gas station 6 pack but not great.
