Crisp copper and bronze coloured body with a thin, one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of bright floral and grassy hops with some herbal notes and a good bit of malt in the mix. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and floral flavour at first with no malt at all - just some dry hop notes and no depth or backbone. Aftertaste shows more of the hop residue with nothing substantial behind it - just an airy herbal and piney hop flavour with no malt to grasp onto. Overall, a pretty poor offering - the hops show decently, but without any malt, there isnt too much to this beer - subdued and grassy and thats about it. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Tampa, Florida on 03-January-2014 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 18-March-2014.

12oz bonus bottle from adamjackson. Poured a slightly hazed orange/amber with an average at best foamy white head that fades slowly. Aroma is of sweet tropical fruit pulp and some rind along with malts peach and apricot skins wet toast and old hops. The body has a fuller slightly milky feel and very light carbonation. Flavor is older bread crusts at first followed by fruit skins, some apricot, peach and mango and finishes with smoke bitter happiness. Drinkable

Copper brown body with quite some yeast residue floating around. Bubbly medium white head. Malt focus aroma powered with pine hops and spruce. Sharp bitterness, not much left of that malty base. Its okay. (On my Florida trip)

Comes out of the tap an opaque, cloudy honey golden with a fairly thick pale honey head. In fact, it looks a lot like honey, real honey fresh from the hive. Hoppy aroma has a sweet honey-like overtone and a nice evergreen note. Flavor - woo wee, seriously hoppy, very evergreen, with a sweet undertone and just a little bitterness. Full-bodied texture is quite rough and fizzy, leaving behind a hoppy, tingly, slightly honey-sweet finish. Recommended!

From a bottle. Pours opaque orange copper with a bubbly white head. Tastes bitter, like roasted malt, burnt toast, tangy dried fruit, and citrus hops. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like tangy citrus hops, burnt malt, and caramel.

Poured an amber color with aromas of floral hops, light bread, some pine and light caramel. Flavors follow suit nothing out of this world but basic and decent.

12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours deep amber with an off-white head. Aroma of lightly floral and light pine hops, pale and caramel malts, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not really a standout IPA.
