Appearance: Lightly hazed, copper-toned body with a full finger’s worth of whitish suds on top.
Smell: Sweetish, candied nose. Sniff it once, twice, three times -- it still remains candyish. Notes of citrus and pine blossoms in the back.
Taste: Sweetish taste of cotton candy in the fore which gracefully slides into a taste of juicy, fruity citrus and earthy herbaceousness. Medium-high bitterness. Finishes bittersweet.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Oily, smooth mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Pretty good! It’d be nice to see this be turned into a regular offering. kp (10881) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - NOV 7, 2009
