Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy wheat with light clove and flora backing. Flavor has more of a sweet wheat note that combines well with flora and clove notes.

Keg @ Red Eye. Hazy gold with a white head. Coriander, pepper, light banana esters. Zippy flavor that deftly balanced sweet banana with accents of citrus and pepper. Orange peel. Light tea, floral accents. Clean finish. Expressive yeast. Light body, bright carb. This is very well executed.

Pours a hazy yellow with a moderate off white head. Aroma is bubblegum and hay. Flavor is the same, with some coriander, wheat, and maybe a touch of orange. Very drinkable. Medium mouthfeel

Draft. HAzed light gold pour. This is a better witbier than ost, it has a nice tartness to it and a bit of orange.

On tap at Red Eye. Poured very hazy pale golden with a dusting of head. The aroma was earthy with white wheat, dry banana, and a little clove present.. a tad on the sweet side, but very enjoyable. The flavor found a little more of the banana and clove, with a dry, scratchy feel on the edges.. a touch tart.. dry and grainy on the finish. Lighter-bodied with an OK feel and flow across the palate.. too grainy at times, but it was a very good take on the style overall.

4 oz sampler at the brewpub. Poured a medium yellow color with a small sized head. Aromas of wheat with some spiciness. Tastes of fruitiness, bananas, citrus, and lighter spices. Refreshing.

Draft at Red Eye Brewery. Cloudy golden yellow pour. Citrus and wheat aroma. Similar taste and aroma. Tastes of wheat, yeast, herbs, strong citrus. Finishes with citrus and some spice. Refreshing good beer.

Draft at OF. Another herby, spiced-out "Belgian". In theory at least. Hazy light golden yellowish color. Herbal, with a non-subtle chamomile touch. Tea? Certainly leaves the White Ale realm in my opinion. Creamy, medium bodied. Smooth, different. Overall just too herb dominated.
