Can, labelled at 8% and produced in Phillipines. Clear golden yellow pour with a small soapy white head. Aroma is sweet and grainy, cereal, hint of apple juice and caramel, pretty classic macro lager but stronger, slightly more malty. Taste is surprisingly light for the ABV, and lower carbonation than I was expecting too, when cold it’s just a mild grainy flavour and seems quite light. Doesn’t taste good, but very easy to drink. As it warms though, it gets a bit of a urine aroma and tastes more strongly of grain, corn, kinda metallic.

Yellow pour. No aroma. Taste is a bit sweet and grainy but has a really bad aftertaste.

Bottle reads, 8.0% from the New Territories Hong Kong, I found this to be a big boozy malty lager, very enjoyable!

UPDATED: MAR 15, 2017 Totally clear, minimal head. Even the looks are off... Almost aromaless, bland. Very faint malt sweetness, very big bubble. Blegh. (50cl bottle from an Asian supermarket in Oostende)

640 ml. bottle of the 6% ABV in Mae Kasa, Thailand. Pours a mid gold colour with minimal head. Very carbonated at first. Aroma of malts. Taste grainy, grassy and malty, a bit metallic and little else. Medium sweet. Disappointing.

A small can from Simple Mart down the road. Harsh and metallic. Proof that bad strong beer is worse than bad weak beer. [Old notes].

Bottle @ Benzai’s Crazy Carnaval 2017, 5-10 cl sample, thanks all for sharing! Clear golden color, short frothy head. Grainy and herbal aroma, some sweet corny malt. Bit alcoholic in taste. Typical imperial pale lager.

DutchDrebus (6002) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - FEB 25, 2017
