355ml bottle. (5.9% ABV) Pours a cloudy gold with a small, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Mild, sweet aroma of wheat malt, bread, lemon and light yeast. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, orange, lemon, bread and yeast with a slightly dry finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation.
A mediocre wheat ale, hard to believe it won any awards. Quick3Beers (1318) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 19, 2015
Pours a hazy gold from a bottle. Aroma slightly of honey, lacking the banana noted I would expect. Flavor similar, watery, biscuity. Meh.

Een Amerikaans wit bier, een goede smaak en schuimkraag. Wel lekker om te drinken. Bill Becker (1099) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - FEB 2, 2015
It pours a clear light gold with a small and quickly shrinking head of foam. Lacing is spotty.
Lots of lemon citrus in the nose, that and some bread.
Very lemon citrus forward in the taste with a mild back up quality of bread. 2 dimensional and not the 2 that I expected for the style at all.
Light bodied, medium carbonation.
I’m glad I picked a bottle for a build your own 6 pack and not a dedicated one. This is not something I would want to revisit. Darkmagus82 (2302) - - NOV 9, 2014
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a very lightly hazed orange amber color with a one finger head of fizzy white foam. The head fades rather rapidly leaving only a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell- The aroma is big of a bready and wheaty smell with lots of yeast. The yeast brings with it some banana and bubblegum as well as a hint of a more citrus smell. A little bit of a grass and hay are there as well, creating a very nice balanced weizen aroma overall.
Taste – The taste starts with a sweeter flavor of bubblegum, banana, and candied sugar mixed with other flavors of citrus and a rather strong wheat bread taste. Most of these flavors create a base flavor for the brew with only the candied sugars fading as the taste advances. With the loss of the candied flavors comes an increase in a yeasty flavor, which actually grows rather strong, and slightly spiced flavor of coriander and clove. With a hint of a hay and grass coming to the tongue at the end, one is left with a rather sweeter and yeasty-wheaty flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the slightly thinner to average side in terms of its thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the mix of sweet, yeast, and wheat the averageness of both the carbonation and body are rather appropriate and make for a refreshing an easy drinking brew that still has enough body to support the rich flavor profile.
Overall – A rather enjoyable, slightly yeastier, and sweeter, Weizen overall. One to at least give a go to if you have the chance.

Draft @ GABF 2013. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy wheat malty aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy finish with weak hints of citrus. beernovice39 (3270) - Idaho, USA - SEP 16, 2013
On tap. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Scent and taste is mild, FWIW these are too cold imho. Some fruit and wheat. timber09 (5) - kirkland, Washington, USA - JUL 30, 2013 does not count
12oz bottle. Thin head, faint grain aroma, solid presentation/color. Smooth and easy but not much here for me - decent but nothing to bring me back. Nickls (2554) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - NOV 7, 2012
Tap. Bright light yellow with a frothy white head. Muted aromas with some citrus and light wheat. Slight wheat, some faint hay sweet-sourness, but pretty bland. Lighter body with spritzy carbonation. Braudog (6789) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 4, 2012
Bottle. This "looks right" for a hefeweizen ... Hazy yellow with a firm white head. But there’s little distinctive flavor. Just a vague grist with a lemon twist. Not bad, not great for style. (#4646, 7/3/2012)
